I am absolutely disqusted with the behavior of I.C Systems. I am currently dealing with this company due to a job loss back in November. My initail phone call was fairly smooth. I spoke with a gentleman named Matt. However, after explaining to him that i could not post date a check for him he told me he could not stop any further calls. I was unemployed and my main focus was feeding my family. I do not deny that I am in the wrong and need to catch back up with HSBC, however, I am at the point now that i absolutely REFUSE to deal with these rude people with no business etiquette.

Speaking over people, threatening customers, and throwing childish sayings like "this is burger king, you can't have it your way" is not an adult manner of handling things, let alone professional. Absolutely horrific. I hope other companies choose a more professional company. I currently have the finances to repay my debt, but refuse to deal with these ridiculous people ever again.
