I owe a credit card that use to be Providian and Washington Mutual bought them out. I.C. systems works for Washington Mutual and they have been calling my house between 5 and 17 times in one day for the past 2-3 months or maybe more.
When I got 17 calls in one day, I called the Police, phone company and the I tried to call Washington Mutual... I spoke to some one very nice in the Santa Rosa office and they told me I had to speak to the Credit Card collections office number and speak to the supervisor. I tried and tried and tried and then they just transfered to I.C Systems. To make a long story short, I sent a letter to their News room and then I got a call from the lady who is in Customer relations at Washington Mutual and I think she said she was the sec. to the President of Washington Mutual. She did not want me to send any more mail to the news room as she said that it wasn't safe. So yesterday she said she would make sure they would contact only by mail. Well today they still continued to call and I spoke to Mary #2302 at I.C. and she yelled and screamed at me and told me I could talk to an attorney every day of the week and she was going to call me every day all day, Sooo I just sent a letter back to their news room and for every time they call me, the news room will get another e mail.

We need to file suit against them... maybe class action or what ever... contact me if you like.
