Both my husband & I were struggling through serious health issues & surgeries when these charges hit the MasterCard. As soon as I noticed it, there were already 3 months of charges. I tried to trace it, then called Sears who had issued the card. They removed one month's charge and changed my credit account number. BUT they have done nothing to help resolve the issue which I refuse to pay. Looking back I think they knew immediately that it was a fraudulent charge. Now they are adding late fees and late fees of $39.00. Any suggestions will be very welcomed.
