Currently I have a huge problem with MTN - they are overbilling and not communicating - I approched ICASA with this complaint and asked for assistance, and although I got an auto reply from them saying they have received my letter - I have not heard a word from them in regards to assistance - and this is people that are suppose to be the watchdog - No wonder our telecom is in such a mess and we are being overcharged by service providers. Where do we go from here? the Minister of telecom???
