I continually get emails from Ice Mountain that are intended for someone who is a current customer and is not paying his bill. I tried to unsubscribe the email from the company but w/o knowing your account # (and I am not a customer) you cannot unsubscribe. I called the company 3 times to remove my email and told them the name of the customer, but they only wanted my personal info and I refused to give it to them because all they need to know is my email address and the customer's name who it needs to go to so they can get his real email address. Each time the company said they would take care of it but they don't!
