I am a ICICI Bank account holder for last 12 years. I was a credit card user for almost 4~5 years before i surrendered my credit card by registered ad & along with letter saying that according to me their is no outstanding against my usage but no response & only calls from collection agencies even they carried my details & my documents submitted to ICICI but ICICI has not taken up the matter & updated my account.

I have taken home loan in 2002 &till date all payments are paid on time. This month when my EMI check came to bank they refused to pay & even not informed us even having sufficient balance. Same was done to my ICICI insurance policy. In this case the matter is handed over to collection agencies, who noway are bothered of customer, past record, etc. Very disappointing.

I am following since then & no one from ICICI has responded only call & inform that our systems are down & we will get back to you. Even they can fax & update. specially it has been noted that they are not writing anything & only telecom is the mode. which is one side.

I am very disappointed & upset with this way of Bank. How do we trust. It will be great if someone can help me & suggest to resolve this matter. I am also thinking to discontinue this relations with ICICI.
