Sub: - NON RECEIPT OF MONTHLY STATEMENTS

I am (S LEKHA) holding ICICI Cr card No 4477 4660 0947 7000, since Aug 07 I have not received any statements pertaining to my Cr card account. Whenever I received a call from your CC, I used to inform about my non receipt of statements, even after several requests there is no proper response from concerned department. I request your high office to kindly arrange the above said non receipt statements and forward the same to my mail ID [email protected], as I was unable to keep track on my Cr Card account due to non receipt statements on many occasions, I failed to make my payments in time therefore I request the concern office to look in to the above subject and initiate immediate action failing which I should not be responsible for late payment deposits, it is not possible every month calling /verifying with CC about my dues, even I made my payments regularly according to my mobile alerts .Kindly send all my future statements to my mail ID to make my payments before the due date.
