icici gave cash loan on credit card in 2004 & i took it .
then due to issue on late fees i asked them to cancell card & i paid loan amt .but they charged me for prepayment of loan which i was not knowing at the time of taking loan & nither this people has informed me abt this.
today due to that amt with late fees charges on month on month basis has reached 7900 rs.
