iConnectHere has been charging my bank account for a long time. There is no way for the customers to remove the credit card information from the account once the account is created. There is no phone number for customer support. The only way to cancel the account is to send an email to customerservice and the email is not easy to find. Even after sending the email, the customer care doesn't take any action to close the account. Instead they insist the customer to continue getting the service. I have sent dozens of emails requesting them to cancel my account and every time the response has been weird. The bottom line is once an account is created - they will keep charging you for the rest of your life. This is what has been happening to me. I created my account in 2004 and since then I have tried to close the account several times but have had no luck and they have been happily charging my account since then.
