Their trickle charger, a very important after market accessory commonly used on motorcycles, was shipped missing the wires that actually make it work. The wire half on the panel is there, but the wire half that attaches to the battery is not in the package. I might have thought, "oh well, it's just a bad one, " except I BOUGHT THREE OF THESE UNITS IN THREE SEPARATE PACKAGES ALL WITH THE SAME PROBLEM!.

It's one thing to send out a bad product missing parts, but it's quite another to fail to respond to the consumer. ICPSolar has just ignored my attempts to reach anyone in the company. I imagine they have been flooded with angry consumers wondering where the missing parts were. I imagine they just failed to even make the part that goes on the battery. Or maybe they just had a dud and wanted to dump it on the public so they did and now are just trying to weather the storm of complaints, believing that sooner or later, people will just give up.
