The company give you a thirty day trial and deducts the monthly fee before the trial period is up. I called and inform them that our power was down in MEMPHIS and the power just came up. The gentleman on the line said I had to pay a monthly fee when my trial wasn't up and I never used there service. I think they are a rip-off and need to put my money back on my card!
