In 2008 I hired TexasRepo.com to do a private tow for me in Tx. they said it would cost $400.00 i faxed paperwork giving specific instructions as to where the vehicle could be found. Matter of fact the person surrendered the vehicle at the place i stated... I later got a bill for $8900.00 from ICUInc.com. I have to date not seen the truck. they've tried extorting money out of me and GMAC. And have gotten money from many others. check Dallas County case #DC-O8-15200
