	May 15, 2008 Refund I have been charged $31.98 twice on my account and only one amount of $31.98 has been refunded and another fee of $33.00 has been charged to my account for your sake, which needs to be refunded back to me since it's not the banks fault and I need it back into my account as soon as possible. 	May 6, 2008 unauthorization of funds This company ID Customer Service has withdrawal funds from my account without my authorization.
	April 29, 2008 Debited Account for 31.98 Someone debited my account for 31.98 which was not authorized by me. Please credit the account back.
	April 28, 2008 did not request this service - was mistake on computer made by grandson On 4/23/ 2008 my checking account was debited $31.98 for a service that I did not ask for. And, of course, I wish to have a refund of the monies debited. My grandson (age 10) was playing with my computer last week, and I believe he accidently "asked " for a sevice that I don't want.
