I signed up for a website with a onetime fee of $1.99 to access grant information. The next thing I knew I was getting charged 29.99 a month for ID LOCK ON identity theft. I think there must have been some id theft involved. I already have ID theft protection taken biweekly from my paycheck and there is no way I would have agreed to have another company, that charges double what I pay now, access my bank account information to withdraw funds.
