my bank account was charged 31.98.i did not agree to this.i consider this fraud.i want a refund from this id procs.com

they did the same thing the charge me unathorized charges i did'nt even know i call the number on mi acct.and they say they'll cancell the service...what service??? i never request any from them they say they can't refund the money i ask to speak to a supervisor and i was on hold for 48 minutes. i call back the same thing happen.
