i did not order thier service and i did not authorize any money to be taken from my bank account and they have been taking $ 31.85 from my account from nov 2006 dec 2008 and jan 2009 and now again in febuary and i got the number from my bank and called them they gave a cancelation number and told me to go online to i.d theft refund to get my money back and i did not again aquire for their services at all so how they got my bank account information i dont know and i want my money returned and they keep giving me this website to go to to get a refund and it is not being done and they owe $127.40 cents and refuse to put it back into my banking that they took it from and i did authorize or reuire to have their services
