	hopeless service June 20, 2010 Missbehave of Customer care Officer I ( Subir Bose, Mob. no : 9088195960 ), submit this complaint against IDEA cellular LTD. On 20th june 2010 at 11:59 am, I talk to MR. Snehasish Kundu ( Customer Care Officer ) regarding my balance deduction and this time the person missbehave with me. I am totally HOPELESS for his behave and also for the conversation. I think, IDEA cellular LTD take a proper action for this. Subir Bose Mob Num : 9088195960 Mail ID : [email protected]
	July 24, 2008 service not available 117 rs balance and valivity 4 -2009 my idea prepaid number 09912753970. now balance is rs 117.40. and validity is next 4/2009. problume is only incoming calls is available.no outgoing calls including custmoer care nb 2222, and emergancy numbers. Another problume automatically activated dialer tunes and deducted 30 rs /month this idea network is not good. very bad service.
