We received a bill on our Verizon home bill for $15.25 for voicemail service by Ideal Savings Now. When Ideal Savings Now was contacted, they had my email address, home address, and phone number. They claimed I signed up for it on the internet site but they have no internet address. The customer service representative had to look up their billing address when asked for it. They claim that they will refund the montly charge but I am confident that they will.
