I had to go back 6 months on my Verizon bill but we too were getting charged $14.95 every month for Ideal Savings VM. Didn't know what it was and finally called Verizon. They told me it was a 3rd party and we'd have to deal directly with them. The CS Rep at Ideal Savings told me I must have signed up for it at some point. I know I didn't and had to fight tooth and nail to get them to refund me the money. We'll see if that ever happens. What a scam!
