UNSAFE WEBSITE-IDEALWORLD.TV - I went onto IDEALWORLD'S website to track my order, i couldn't believe it when someone else's details came up!!! I saw their name-address-phone number-previous orders, even their card details. Ive been trying to get in touch with IDEAL WORLD to tell them what happened, what a joke that company is! Their customer service is none existant-after being kept on the phone for 7 mins-pressing buttons & hash keys, i was told "the line is busy-'GOOD BYE"!!! And to think they have my details-if i could get hold of someone to speak to, i'd cancel my account-PRONTO! Beware.-(SORRY-THAT SHOULD BE-IDEALWORLD.TV).
