This company took $29.95 from my checking account without my authorization. I subsequently received a refund but I need to know that this will not occur again. Thanks to my bank, they intervened but I do not want to have this company do this again. Whenever I call they hang up or want additional information. I am not giving them any more info than they have. Please help me with this situation. Thank you very much.
