I don't want this service and i don't want understand how this money was taken out of my account and continues to be taken out of my account each month and I can't get ahold of a real person to be able to get it stopped. I want it to be discontinue emediately. I do no need this service. I do not want this service and i certainly do not need having the money taken out of my account and overdrawing it and causing me overdraft charges i can't afford since my husband and I are both on disabilility. please will someone tell me how I can resolve this alwful situation. I would appriciate any and all help in this matter.
