There was four (4) unauthorized charges on my bank account that i had no knowledge of. When I tried to call the 1-800-712-7222 number, I received a voice recording that stated my account will be updated with further information in 48 hrs. It is now nine (9) days later and it still has not been updated with any other further information. I had to call my bank and shut my account down because of this. I need help with this. How were they able to access my account. This is a breach of security and something needs to done.
