unauthorized transaction
This company took money from me twice and left my account negative with a charge as well of $35 each time. I want my money back and the fees as well or other action will be taken. I did not authorize anything at all for these tranactions to be made. This money needs to be put in my account asap or my account will remain negative and have $5 taken out each day for remaining negative.

This company took money from my account without my authorization because I was trying to get a payday loan and they took out over 60.00 from my acount and I want a refund and they, re giving me a hard time.

unauthorized debits from my account causing overdrawn fees also
MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE AMOUNTS OF $20.00 AND ALSO OVERDRAWN FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF $20.00 PER DEBIR FROM IDPROCS.COM. THESE CHARGES I AM VERY UNAWARE OF AND NEEDS TOBE CORRECTED. I DID NOT SIGNUP FOR ANYTHING TO GET CHARGED FROM THIS ACCOUNT. I AM NOT GIVING YOU ACCOUNT INFO UNTIL I SPEAK TO SOMEONE TRUSTABLE. I DO NOT DO PURCHASES ON LINE AND RARELY USE MY ATM CARD. THIS HAS OVERDRAWN MY ACCOUNT AND IS NOT RIGHT AT ALL. NEEDS TO GET CORRECTED VERY SOON. I DO NOT HAVE ANY ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE. Who is this group that is withdrawing from my account? I never authorized anything. I am notifying my bank to stop these withdraws. How can I get a hold of someone from this place? Help is needed!!!

unauthorized use of account
My name is Jasmine Howard, Mybank account was tampered with.there was an a balance of $31.98 removed from my account on 03/27/08. I need a f ull refund, plus all of th bank fees tooken care of . This small balance has now risen to over $200.00 in overdraw fees from my checking account.May god have mercy on those responsible for taken money from hard working people.

Unauthorize use of account
Unauthorize use of my bank account. I did not authorize for this company to take money out of my account. I am very upset and requesting refunfd from this company immediately.
