I was led to believe you pay 1.99 one time fee for a grant from the GOV. for shipping cost of a CD and that was it .NO!!! they take 1.99 from me twice PLUS then they BILL me 94.89 twice thats a scam if I have ever see one. So PLEASE !!! BE awear of people like these ones because all they want is peoples money that people don't even have, LIKE ME!!!
