IDT Corp - I have had no phone service since 7/31. Prior to that all phone messages were garbled. I have now been on hold for 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone. It is absolutely ludicrous. There is no way to leave them a phone message. I have already sent emails. This company must be having some serious issues. I have opened complaints with the FTC and the BBB. Next I will try Channel 5.
