I bought a $10 IDT phone card which was bundled with ATS phone. Today, when I try to activate the card, I am being told that the card expired. However, when I questioned as how it could expire without getting activated, they had no explanation and was put on indefinite hold leading ultimately to call termination.

I see that they have a fine print on the card that says that the card will expire from 60 days of first use. What I dont get is, how could the card expire even prior to activation?

Any help/ clarification appreciated.
