hid application of there services in a PD application
This company hid an application for their services in an payday loan application, so anyone who filled out a PD application automatically sign up for their services not knowing it.

refund
i applied for a payday loan and seen that I was also being debit from my account 31.98. I called and had it cancelled. they told me where to go to apply for a refund have my confirmation number 2132651. There telling me that I have not submitted my request for a refund and at the same time telling him (A.J. )that the system keeps saying my info has already been submitted. They also telling me that they has submitted many emails to my email address with no response. I asked her to send another email she said she did. I checked with her on the phone she lied. She kept asking me for a Visa number to submit but the refund request your rounting number.

debit account without permission need refund
called tel#8668861277 and spoke to CARLO, customer service
about their debiting my checking account amount of $31.98
without me signing for their service I told him to cancel this and give me refund, he gave me cancellation #2293565 and stated to go to www.idtheftrefund.com to fill out refund form. i got this
website but where is the refund form? all i see is complaint letters. they debited my account on 4/1 31.98 5/1 31.98 and
6/3 31.98. i need refund for $95.94.

unauthorized account withdrawal
Apllied for an online payday loan and somehow this company got my information and withdrew of 31.98 Would like this money refunded since I did not apply for service

stole my cash out of checking accoutn.didnt authorize
i was surfing the web one day, and a few days later i went to withdraw from my checking account.this rip off company stole money from me.i never signed up for any id protection plan.ive never even heard of this bogus company.you all should be ashamed of yourselves.people work hard for their money and we want every dime back!!! if i dont get it back, i am filing a law suit that will get me way more than what you stole!!!

Never signed up for this service of ID theft. They clearly state on thier phone message " If you feel that you have been enrolled in error" They know what they are doing. They should pay NSF charges along with refeun. Can we sue !!!

Id Theft are the real croocks!
I recently was searching for a loan on-line and some how these people got my information and debited my bank account for there service which I never applied for. First they took $.02 the next day they took $31.98. This is a scam and when you call you are on hold forever and told to go to a website which never exist. I finally got someone and on a refund request form on-line which is suppose to be processed in 72 hours. They never said when they will refund my money they just say I will get a e-mail confirming my request. I will be contacting my attorney generals office but they gave me two different address for the company so they are probably false to.
