This program does not work, I cannot get it off my computer and I was charged way more than it originally stated. I really wished that I had know about this scam - now it is going to cost me more time and money just to try and fix my laptop. I have tried to do all that I can to not only stop payment but to get a hold of a real person - SHAME SHAME SHAME on this company for taking advantage of us hard working people!!
