I bought a service from this company on 10/04/08. that i was told i would get it with in 48 hours. 744 hours later and just 3 of 13 suceesful attempts to contact customer service. Its is now 11/11/08, I still dont have my order placed. and i dont have the refund i asked for. so i contacted paypal, opened a complaint to get a rfund. hope it works
