I was unable to watch WC Ice Hockey in 2011 by terrestrial broadcast, therefore i have paid for internet stream provided by the broadcasting rights holder IIHF. However, i was unable to watch any of the matches i paid for due to technical difficulties on the provider's side. I have contacted IIHF after first match receiving reply promising that the broadcast will be working for the next match. After several other matches not being able to watch due to identical persisting technical fault i have contacted IIHF again on several occasions demanding refund for services that were clearly not delivered. No further reply was received from IIHF customer service representatives who does not care about issue such as this one. Customer satisfactions is obviously not part of IIHF policies with disregard to fair trading, not caring about ripping people off.
