Stephen Morgan of Imaginative Concepts / Smart r Marketing took $1000 downpayment to do a finished webdesign, but wanted to rush through, and not wait before all the aspects of the uploading and content were finished, before publishing it - because he could'nt wait to be paid the rest of his money - and was getting aggressive and upset. And because I was concerned that he would decimate the website if he did'nt get his way, I changed the password to the hosting - but not before he had cleared all the information off the website, and only left the top picture. In spite of this, he was insisting on getting the rest of the money - and more, which I refused. However, I have now lost $1000, and have nothing to show for it.
I would not recomend Stephen Morgan of Imaginative/Smart r Marketing - for any web application - or Marketing - as he promises a great deal at the begining, and once in, starts to change his mind, and what he is willing to do/offer - regardless of an agreement - signed or not.
