I was seeking help to extend my stay and contacted immigration helpline. They promise to send me the documentation and process the paperwork on my behalf for the amount of $350.00. The said Fed-ex will deliver the documents and I would have to pay COD, once I complete the paperwork return it to the company and they would complete it. I gave FEDEX the money orders and it is on the way back. Once i contacted the company a guy by the name of Ben said the fee was only for the application; however i was told different. I went back and forth then he said he would transfer me to customer service. Of course customer service was a voice mail. I hung up and called again, the recording said leave a voicemail (Ben was not available). I tried several times to no avail. I contacted FEDEX and reported the transaction and requested to stop the shipment of the money order.
