It was my fourth visit and attempt at getting one of the employees at Impact Guns to show me a gun or even show any customer service whatsoever this afternoon in Ogden, Utah. When you have employees ignoring customers at the gun cases you have a big problem. After showing good faith and giving them the beneft of the doubt four times, I decided to go elsewhere with my $4K and spend it on a nice rifle at one of their competitors. I would urge all who have been here to go elsewhere...their service is the worst I have ever seen.
