This company goes by many different names the four I have been billed from are Improvehealth, wellbhealth, fitclubonline, elitepack. If you have charges from any of these companies please dispute them. I signed up for free offer of acai berry pure for shipping only. Apparently the information about the actual billing is in the terms and services at the very bottom of their page. Terms and services is in very small print at the bottom, you have to click on it. I never even thought about it because I thought it was all up front in their advertisement where there is no hint that you will be charged for anything but postage for one bottle.
I called them after the first charge and told them that I wanted no more to do with their company or product and to cancel. Guess what? Three more charges after the call. All by different company names. I am mad at them for being a scam and myself for not paying better attention to the fine print and falling for it. I've filed a dispute through the credit card company but have no idea what the outcome will be.
Don't be fooled, always look at the terms and services.
