I ordered a cell case 3 weeks ago with Inaisle.com. I didn't receive shipping confirmation until I emailed them a few times. Finally, they said the order had shipped and provided me with a tracking number. For weeks now, the tracking information simply states that the shipping info was received but the product had not been actually shipped yet. I have attempted to contact Inaisle SEVERAL times and have received no response. The phone number listed on the website is invalid and no one ever responds to the emails. There is a link to Live Help but it is ALWAYS 'offline'. Furthermore, Inaisle has already charged me for the product. I am extremely frustrated and feel like this company is a scam.
