In February I purchased equipment from the company. The equipment was not compatible and had to be returned. Keen to do business I enquired about an alternative and was offered a cheaper product and told that I would be refunded the difference. My alternative choice was cheaper by a total of £60.00. I was only refunded £25.19. I was never sent any explanation and only found out by checking with my credit card company. When I queried this with the returns department I was told that the dock cable that I had returned had parts missing and could not be re sold. This was not the case. I had taken great care to return everything.When I challenged them further they were unhelpful and refused to assist me further.
