I too feel this is a scam.. NOKIA YEARLY PROMO. I have the same ticket number as one other guy...P286. Called this morning and at first got Voicemail lite. Then a Mr Desmond answered ever so unproffessionally. Any advice on how to trace or stop this rat dead in his tracks.
