Returned a dress 10 minutes after purchase when I found a better dress at Ivory & co. They refused to put the money back on my card and gave me a store credit. It was over $ 300 and when I went back I told them I lost the paper. They remembered me well and had a copy of the store credit receipt and still to this day refuse to give me the credit. The workers are extremely rude and pushy. They pretend everything you try on is the best on you, especially the most expensive dress. I would never go back there again even if they now agreed to give me the credit.
