Awful company...free trial is a total joke! I ordered the 'free trial' product which is a 60-count bottle of ResV- daily. Within minutes of placing the order my credit card was charge for the shipping which was not a problem but it took almost a week to receive the product. The free trial is for 14 days from the day you place the order. During the week I was waiting to receive the product I found something else I wanted to try instead. As soon as I received the product I started calling the company to cancel the membership - once you purchase the trial you have to call to stop anything further from coming and from being billed the full amount for the product. I tried for 4 days to reach someone at their company. Most of the time when I called either of the 800 numbers listed on their invoice, I just received a busy signal. When I did get through, I was placed on hold and gave up after waiting more than 30 minutes several times. I gave up and shipped the product back, unopened and purchased delivery confirmation from the post office. With the product, I put a copy of the the invoice with a note in large letters across it - cancel this and do not bill me any further. Of course they received this package on day 15, with a charge to my credit card on day 14. I called a week after they received the product and to my surprise they still had not cancelled my account! I made it very clear I wanted this cancelled. The service representatives are terrible because they simply read from a script, regardless of what you ask or say. The service representative finally confirmed she had cancelled my account and I would receive a credit 7-10 days from that date, not the week earlier when they received my letter and their product back (because they hadn't cancelled it then). My refund, however, would be 15% less than what I had paid because of their re-stocking fee!
Don't bother with this company. There are dozens and dozens of brands of this product that are much less expensive and without the membership run around!!!
