Okay so I was happy I found a website that sold Coach bags for cheap... Thinking they were original bags i puchased 3 (worst mistake ever). When I see they were being shipped out from China I knew right away they were fake. Although Coach is made in China I knew it couldn't be shipped from China. I finally got the package and just wanted to send it back without opening. But hoping for the best i signed for it. Immediately I emailed the company my dissatisfaction (something they wanted to know). After numerous emails and becoming very frustrated I got furious.. They finally email me back (exact words) "The items are original, thanks" and also "It is original and you just feel dissatisfied, then there is no refund policy in fact. Thanks"... I let the company know that there website clearly states they have a refund policy. I also let them know I did report them to the BBB. PEOPLE PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT BUY FROM INCOACHOUTLET.COM. THEY ARE ALL FAKE BAGS.. Better yet just go to an ACTUAL outlet store..
