The last time I used my card online was for a gov't grant CD valued at 1.92. This company went on charging my account for 19.95 at least twice, I called and got a refund for one (1) 19.95 but the other they said was on me. Now I find a charge on my account from this company, never heard of them, received no product, and like the other complaints, no refund or option to talk to the person in charge. I will persue with the Attorney General I guess. This is just a site to write down your complaint, they don't actually do anything about it, right?
