It's been my pleasure to be a roster artist with Incubator for the past seven years. Working with them has been the single best thing I could have done for my music ministry! Incubator functions as artist management, agent and record label all rolled into one great package. But this is just scratching the surface! The difference between my ministry before working with them versus my ministry now is like the difference between night and day. Because of their direction and accountability system, I have grown tremendously in these areas: songwriting, vocal performance, stage performance, booking skills, small business training, social network marketing, ministry training, recording and most importantly, a phenomenal leap forward in my walk with Jesus. From following their guidance during the past two years, my ministry has started booming! What I deeply appreciate about the sweet people at Incubator is their heart for God. They are kind, honest and lead with Godly principles. They have provided a safe environment for me to function as an artist and as a human. They rejoice when I rejoice and their heart is broken when my heart is broken. I know that I can them anything and will be received without condemnation. I also know that they will speak the truth to me if they see me straying down a path that will be harmful to my ministry. I cannot recommend Incubator enough. If you only want to be famous (which is basically a pride thing, but I digress...), this is not the path for you. BUT if you love people, want to see your ministry flourish, find a vibrant relationship with God and have a part in changing people's lives forever, Incubator is the way to go!

“I first hooked up with Tami and Incubator on a temp basis back in the early nineties. It wasn't meant to be temporary but I was not ready to put all of their great information in order and follow all the instruction that would help. That initial contact followed me though, and really put a lot of pieces of the puzzle into perspective and nudged me to learn some things though I was on my own for a while. At some point, mid 2008 I believe, I found I knew I had to get back involved and learn what was needed to follow through completely in this thing called music. As a musician there are some personal mental and knowledge hoops that need to be overcome, habits and processes that help me to do my job/passion so much better. What I have found Tami able to do is lead me through a process that she and her staff have worked out through Incubator Creative Group. These hurdles and lessons are dealt with very effectively as long as an artist is willing to follow the dots so carefully laid out. I have found Tami and Incubator to be honest and forward about the needs involved to make what I do work, I highly recommend Them to you for the purposes of personal growth and growth as a musician.
