Not supplying within the time!
We have booked gas in the 3rd week of July'07 at Sri Saila Gas Agencies, Miyapur, Hyderabad. Still we have not received the gas. When we inquire them regularly they are telling that it will come tomorrow.
This is not good. Don't they know how people suffer without gas. When we were at SR Nagar we had not faced this problem with old agency!!!

Poor service!
I am a 76 year old so called senior citizen. I tried contacting Indane on several occasions for an LPG refill cylinder. On 7/07/07 i walked to their office which is nearly 4 kilo meters from my house to book the cylinder. But they told me that they cannot offer me a cylinder within 25 days of the previous issue. ( the previous issue was on 15/06/07). I went back home and called them again on 10/07/07 and they informed that the cylinder would be provided within 2 days. But we did not receive it. So i walked to their office today that is on 13/07/07 and inquired about the same. They now say that they will provide a cylinder only on Monday that would be 16/07/07. An old man is been shown no concern here and my children are not home most of the time. Kindly assist.

Less Gas supplied in cylinders
I subscribe to K2 International Distributor ID 3012/ivrs#23411654. It is a regular affair with the CO. to supply the gas cylinder with 4-5 kg of less gas in the cylinders. On asking him to weigh the same the delivery man says next time and if you don't take delivery you are HARASSED AND UNLIKELY TO RECEIVE THE CYLINDER FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. It is a loose situation, The complaints with the co has not yielded any results. Also complaints have been made to indane complaint cell the answer is he is advised not to do it. Then it is confided that since the agency is being run by aproxy as the original owner has let it off there is very little they can do??

Wrong address in the gas connection papers
My name is Praveen and i want to know how can we change the address in the Gas Connection papers. I have inquired with the Local distributor in Hyderabad and he responded saying that there is no way to change the address in the Connection papers. However, he is taken the address and delivering the Cylinders to the new address.
I wonder if that can be done, then why can't it be changed in connection papers itself, this would serve as my address proof for my passport application submission.
Is this a norm set by the IOC / Indane being reluctant to change the address.

Providing partial filled Gas cylinder
I am in Hyderabad since last 3 month, in this 3 month i had change my gas cylinder 3 times. So i have a doubt that the distributor is not providing a completely filled gas cylinder or may be supplier man is doing some fraud because previously the gas cylinder we had use it goes up to minimum 2 and half months but now it will goes for hardly one month.

Gas Cylinder filled with water!
My consumer No. is 33190 and I get my Gas Cylinder supply from K2 International Gas Agency, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. This time the Cylinder supplied by the Gas Agency, exhausted within 10 days. Whereas generally a gas cylinder lasts around a month in my household. When contacted the Owner of the Gas Agency about this, he misbehaved with me. Beware!

Non-issue of domestic gas consumer card!
I have got an indane gas connection on 20/07/2005 From Venkatesh Gas & Domestic Appliances (Adhoc) - Bhandara, Maharashtra, whose Proprietor is Mr.Mohan Kumar Bhagat. From the onwards, I am following up with them for domestic gas consumer card and till date I have not received the same.
Every time they are telling that the same is not available in company itself and the supplier is not giving any proper date for issuance of the same. This is the case with many other customers also. It is shame on the part of a company like IOCL.

Difficult to transferred connection
It is so difficult & hustles to get a connection when I get transferred from kolkata to Noida. I have to just move here & there for INDANE GAS Connection. Some time I think Is Indian Oil is so careless about their customer.
Till now I have not got the connection, If I do not get in next few days then I will take a new HP connection.

Double cylinder not given!
For the last 3 months we are waiting for a double cylinder connection at our residence (P11/21, Prayas Co-operative, Baisnabh Ghata Patuli... Con. Number-B/16281) but we were told that its uncertain when we will receive that and there is no supply for double cylinder in that particular area. Me and my wife are working professional and have to leave early for job so its very difficult to manage with one cylinder. Our repeated pleas to the Distributor authorities has fallen in deaf ears.

Very poor service provided!
I got transferred to hyderabad recently from bangalore, i have indane gas connection and completed the transfer formalities with indane gas dealer in bangalore. The dealer said that i need to give the transfer voucher to the nearest dealer in hyderabad and they would give the connection. Once i reached hyderabad and approached the nearest dealer they said that they would mail a copy of transfer voucher to the bangalore dealer to confirm the genunity of the connection and this would take a week, after a week when i approached them they said they did not get a confirmation. So i took the pain of sending the document to them by courier and after a week a finally the local dealer got the confirmation. So when i went to them for the connection, they said the owner of the agency is not in town so i need to wait for a day, the next day the owner said they don't have the voucher book to give the connection, so asked me to wait for week. Its almost 1 month now that i don't have a gas to cook. And when asked about the delay the local dealers threaten not to give the connection.
