3 weeks ago I submit my passport to renew and have been told to call in 4-5 days for inquiry if its ready for pickup or not .I called so many times no one answer the phone i email them but no reply.there is only one phone which always say please leave your messege after the tone but there is no tone . i personally went there 2 times for pick up my passport but it was not ready yet .Very very very poor service .If anyone want to call and make sure the number is 212-774-0641 .If anyone get succeed to call them please let me know.
