I have made request to cancel two tickets (PNR number 8221078853 and 8121078845) via e-mail dated 26-05-2008 time 13:32 (see below) and subsequently also talked via telephonic. Irctc has also accepted my request and confirm cancellation via e-mail dated 26-05-2008. However, to my surprise, I got refund of only one ticket belong to PNR number 8221078853.

I talked to irctc helpdesk and I got information that ticket with PNR number 8121078845 was not canceled and now it has gone to TDR (TDR number 108606) mode and it will take 90 days to get refund. It was GROSS ERROR from irctc and now irctc is not responding.

After having given threaten to take legal actions also irctc is not responding!!
