Ordered cigarettes, they cashed check on Ma7 27. Was only able to get thru on their phone line three times (mostly, it just rings endlessly). Was told they were on the way twice, third time was given an order number and RPS as shipped. RPS doesnt answer phone or emails, but has a place to put in order # that does not exist. Tried to call a dozen more times, wrote twice, emailed three times to get refund. NO LUCK. These people are using the Indian name to rip off customers.
