I am cheated hopelessly buying a maruti 800 a/c from the abovesaid organisation. The service provided by them is so hopeless and incorrigible. During all the free and paid services, the battery of my vehicle was not at all checked- resulting in the loss of it. When i took the battery to a battery dealer, they told and showed the poor condition of it- the electrolyte or water level has not been checked since the delivery of the vehicle! When i approached the abovesaid dealer, they told me that battery had a guaranteeperiod of only 1 year! Thus i had to buy a new battery costing Rs.2800 from a battery dealer near my home. All other services provided by the abovesaid organisation is also too substandard. Above all the abovesaid organisation wins AWARDS!!! for the best services!!!.I feel this is because Maruti Udyog is concerned with only THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES SOLD by them. I HAVE PASSED WORD ABOUT THIS TO MANY MANY OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. Nothing more.
