I signed up for Dish Network in 2008. I was promised by Infinity Dish Network to receive a $200.00 gas voucher and gift. As of 2010, I have not received nothing. I have made endless phone calls to no avail. I have left messages for a rep to return my calls--nothing. Can someone help me?
