Hi, I would have to say that Infinitylogodeisgn has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! My account manager will never return my emails or calls when I said the logo design were not satisfactory, the customer service center is never responded to my emails, and the phone number does not work! I actually wonder if the company even exists! I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to use this service, it is a complete scam where they are using what is obviously computer generated logos (I can buy a program in a shop doing the same) and they will never have any interaction with you once you sign up and have paid them. They were very nice and helpful (of course) when you were having the initial consultation, but as soon as you had given them approval to swipe your card is when all the interaction stopped. Please, be careful! They have a lot of nice design examples on their homepage, but I would rather pay 5 times as much and go to a real design professional rather than a logo mill which is just out to rip you off.
